Legal Info for websites

As of the 1st January 2007 a company must state the following on all its websites:
- Company Name
- Its place of registration (most often England & Wales)
- Registered number
- Registered office address
- VAT number (even if the website is not being used for ecommerce)
- and if it is being wound up, that fact.
